EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified within 24-48 hours.
Free Ground Shipping
All orders within the Continental U.S. over $500.00 have the option of free shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges may be made within the 30 days following the receipt of your order must be unused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Defective items will be accepted within 1 year of the original purchase date. Please email for a defect return authorization code prior to shipping them back. Defects do not include normal wear and tear.
Returns will be processed within 2 days of the receipt of the merchandise. It may take up to 4 business days for the credit to show up on your statement.
Sale items are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges involved in the return merchandise. Collect shipments will be refused.
Returns
For Domestic Returns:
The Nest DE does not pay for return shipping.
You may use your own label or return the item to the store in person.
Please make sure the return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns or canceled orders.
